Just push the kids leg down and ask him to stop, if he does it again just be stern like the adult you are and tell him to stop, like it's a kid give him a slap on the head if anything  the slam was pretty harsh but those stomps on the back of the neck? who even defends an adult doing that to a brat kid over tiny ass kicks lol beyond me but I'd slap that dude if I seen that

My guess is the situation we just saw was only half of it... The kid probably had been been taunting this guy or acting in the same manner before he received his proper ass whipping. It's possible, given the response from the adult.

im usually against violence between unbalanced strengths and those last kicks were totally unnecessary but the kid totally needed a lesson, probably in another way but this one still works
