A thief, that robbed some people in a pick-up truck and later tried to rob a grocery store was captured and tied up so that he couldn't escape.

The woman who owns the grocery store, used a stick to beat him on the ass and in the crotch area, with the purpose of teaching him that you should not steal from anyone.

...It would be enjoyable, but that is wrong. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Plus, what if they have a bleeding disorder and die as a result of the beating? Furthermore, what if some innocent shmuck is the one that finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, and gets blamed for someone else's thievery? If they are proven to be thieves, and the legal system finds them to be guilty, then I think I probably agree with you.

I thought it was funny because at least he was able to walk away after being taught a lesson he'll never forget. Many of them in the turd world caught stealing don't get that opportunity, as we've seen in far too many videos on DR
