Teenager Suffers Closed Skull Trauma and Brain Concussion in Unprovoked Attack
Russia, a 15-year-old ninth-grader was transported to the hospital with closed skull trauma and a brain concussion. He explained that he was beaten by an unknown person. The other teenager escaped from the other attacker. Police detained a 24-year-old unemployed man, previously convicted of theft.  Witnesses told it all started because the attacker didn't like the teenager's hair. A criminal case under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings) is filed which can lead up to a maximum of 2 years jail sentence. |

Probably not. Russian prison system is pretty harsh. American prisons are kindergartens in comparison.
