Teen Girl Sucker Punches Kid with Down Syndrome Then Makes Pathetic Excuse
He was a kid who has cerebral palsy and Down syndrome.  After people started calling her out for punching the kid she issued another apology which wasn’t much better then the first.  Its one of those apologies that start out making sense and end with you wondering if she was even sorry to begin with.  |

She didn't need to hit him, no... but I want to see the whole video. He was probably mouthing off and generally being obnoxious, feeling confident she would touch him because he was physically & mentally (?) challenged, similar to women who like to mouth off and hit guys thinking they won't hit back. He didn't look like he had Down Syndrome at all. Well, at least she hurt her hand doing it. So they both learned a lesson: His: mouth off in this day in age in a strange public place and you're probably gonna get popped. Hers: hit someone with your ring finger and with absolutely no idea how to fight beyond a bitch-slap and you're gonna get your knuckle bruised.
