HOUSTON -- A former teacher who was captured on cell phone video hitting a 13- year-old boy admitted she was wrong, but will not serve any jail time.

It happened last April at Jamie's House Charter School in north Harris County.

April Sheri Lynn Davis pleaded guilty Tuesday to injury to a child and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication.

Its because the black kid tried to fight and was picking on the fat white girl at the end of the video, and the teacher tells the kid "Why a girl", showing him that if he wants to fight a girl, he has to go through her first i assume..
