I can see there being three major reasons we see so much of this vigilante shit coming out of Brazil: 1) There are too few cops to enforce the law; 2) The legal system does not punish thieves to a level satisfactory to the general public; 3) The legal system does not punish vigilantes to a deterrent-level among the general public. Brazil vigilante vids are approaching the boring level of Muzzie beheading vids. meh |
