A St. Paddy's Day Brawl That Would Make Joe Theismann Proud
St. Patrick's Day, I was on West 3rd St between 6th Ave & Washington Sq Ave & a group of five-six men jumped a man. During the altercation the man's right ankle becomes dislocated/broken and can be seen clearly on the video. He tries to get up but cannot because of his injury.

After the group of men leave, they come back and continue to punch and kick him. During the second attack, police officers come and subdue the man with the bald head wearing a white T-shirt & blue jeans who just so happens to be an off duty cop.

We hope airing this video will help in some way.
