I read about this story in the news what happened was this;
The skinny one had just ate a bucket of fried chicken and sat down next to the fat one. Apparently then the fat one got a smell of chicken in her nose and having not ate since midnight for the preceding blood test she proceeded to try and eat the skinny one. You can see how she tries to tenderize the skinny one and fold it over to get it all down in one bite. Thankfully she was lured away by a bag of McCheese Burgers off camera and decided she didn't want chicken anymore.
