I think Shaggy's been stealing some of Scooby's famous snacks and smoking them judging by his dopey performance here. Favorite part: when he started punching out the air, then the other guy felt so sorry for him that he just walked away. Showed some class. I wouldn't have. I would have pummeled Shaggy into oblivion and said to the kids gathered around: "Kids, this is your brain on drugs" pointing at Shaggy, now a pulp on the ground. "Don't do drugs."
