The teacher isn't allowed to. There have been so many lawsuits in the US that teachers are, by district policy and by threat of legal action, not permitted to touch students. Period. It doesn't matter what they are doing. As a result, these kids have no respect for the teacher in this video. They've learned they can do anything and get away with it. No adult will stop them. Some schools actually have uniformed police on site as guards because they're the only ones who can legally get away with touching the kids. |
