The shirtless dude needs a trip to the hospital, the back of his head hitting the pavement was pretty nasty. The most common killer in street brawls like this if not checked on and treated. You wake up from a hit to the head, go back home feeling woozy and go to sleep. Next morning they find you dead from brain haemorrhage.
