"In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, a robber tried to snatch a bag from a woman's hands right on the street, in front of a dozen passers-by. But the hostess tightly clutched the handles, and the eyewitnesses did not stand aside. The thief was kicked on the spot, and then the police were called. The department found out that the attacker is a drug addict and tried to rob a passerby in order to get money for a dose of drugs."
