Emotions get heated quickly leading to a smashed windshield and swinging hammer! On 9/6/2016 at 4:16PM, I'm heading south on Downey Blvd waiting to make left onto Bandini when I see this angry dude holding a motorcycle helmet walk over to this car in the middle of traffic then...(see video caught on my dash cam).

The victim had driven off by the time I realized I had everything on my dashcam (i've only had dashcam for a week, still learning how to use it). Unfortunately the victim has no license plate, so no way to reach him.

I sent this footage to local police (LAPD and Vernon PD), along with local LA news (ABC7, CBS2, KCAL9, NBC4, FOX11, and KTLA5). Hopefully justice is eventually served.
