Referee Assaulted at Football Match and then the Heat is on
A football match in the Kuwaiti championship league between Al Jahra’a and Khaytan last week ended in an ugly battle after the referee was physically assaulted. The referee expelled a player and an administrator, when the team manager began to complain about the decision. In the second half, the referee gave two more red cards. Finally the director of one of the teams lost it and attacked the referee. The match ended with the Khaytan winning 3-2. |
