I played baseball in college and I wouldn't have given two shits if someone made disparaging comments about my college or my team. Who cares...it's a kid's game I got to play and have some fun. It was just a privilege to be allowed to play. Why would anyone, even when drunk off their ass, get involved in a fist fight over something someone said about a team they cheer for? It's not like the multi-millionaires playing the game give a rip about them or what they do. It just seems so stupid, and yet we see it at least once at every damn professional sporting event. I stopped going to watch the Dodgers and Angels play because of the drunk fist fights. Even if they outlawed beer at the event...those fucktards would just drink in the parking lot prior to the game. It's just sad. |
