not sure if this is a famous case but what i can make out from the french description that came with the video

10 youths approached a 16 year old asking for a cigarette, one of them then sated he looked them in the wrong way and the following beating ensued.

the victim spent 4 days in the hospital with cranial injuries.

the victim dropped his charges due to repeated death threats.

laws must be changed to accommidate this new level of violence that law enforcement cannot seem to cope with. people who are not involed in gang related issues or who try to avoid conflict should be givin tha right to protect themselves and kill when nessecary. but seeing as how humans are fucking low life plague even that wouldnt help as much as planned
