UK prison. They have proper beds with sheets and pillow cases and rooms with curtains. Most prisons that are medium to low security have pool tables and TVs for the prisoners.

It's a sad world when criminals get treated better than the homeless. That's why so many homeless resort to crime; so they can have a roof over their head + food in their stomach.
