Video shows the moments before the death of P. R. S., 32, who died last Saturday after her partner, sergeant J. Á.l D. G., punched her in the face a few times during an argument they had in DR.

In the video the sergeant is seen sitting with an unidentified woman moments before his partner arrives at the place. The sarge is violently throwing a cell phone to the floor several times.

A few minutes later his partner arrives and picks up the cell phone that her partner had thrown and starts an arhument, while the sarge decides to move a few steps away from the place. She chases him, they get into a further argument, slaps him and tries to attack him and she hits him in the face.

The video shows how the man tries to get away again from her and she pursues him again. That's when the sergeant apparently turns to assault her by throwing a punch so she falls suddenly.

What the accused said:

According to the police report, the perpetrator confessed that he arrived at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday night to the place, where he would met her and when he arrived he found her playing pool accompanied by a friend. So he asked her to come down for him to look for some of his belongings in her car.

When he left the pool hall, he took the woman's cell phone from the back of her pants and went to a friend's house where after throwing the aforementioned telephone on the ground, she arrived and they got involved in a strong argument, in which the accused gave her a punch, taking several steps and fell to the pavement, lifeless.
