Planked in the Face Family Fight

Video footage surfaced of a vicious alleged family brawl which ended with a man being struck across the face with a plank of wood.

The vision from Killarney Vale in NSW shows two teenage boys - believed to be brothers - wielding wooden planks while advancing on 24-year-old man who appears to be holding a pole in the middle of a suburban street.

After a verbal stoush, one of the attackers shoves the victim back – before the other one swings the plank into his face, sending him sprawling onto the pavement with blood pouring from his forehead

The victim can be seen getting to his feet and holding a towel over the wound as the attackers flee down the street.

Another social media image shows the extent of the alleged attack – a gaping wound oozing blood from the victim’s forehead.

A NSW police spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia two teenagers have been charged following the assault.

A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy have both been charged with assault and affray charges, following the assault of a 24-year-old man in Killarney Vale around 5.30pm on Sunday 20 December.’
