I just read up about him. He was declared mentally unfit to stand trial and was committed to a state run mental hospital. He should be committed for life… |

Same here. Was curious when I read Kellyhound's quote about him and wondered about his whereabouts these days so I looked him up. Though he had his fans, I always felt he was kind of low-level. For years, he used to beg Howard Stern to be on his show, saying he was just the kind of guy meant to be on Stern's radio & television shows, and Stern would say, "No, you're not. Gary, get him out of here!" You can't get any more low-level than that.

Word! I never cared for him on any level. He’s nothing but a scum bag 100% I did, however, have a good laugh when I read he was “mentally” unfit to stand trial. Sad he won’t be convicted to life in prison but being so fucked up his life is most likely not worth living. Seeing his photo with solid gray hair, beard, a mask and in a wheel chair was fitting.  |

Deserved it, the guy should be justified but the way he hit his head that can easily kill a man especially and old one so its not a great idea to hit these old folks. At best it would be an expensive trial
