Seems to me the old guy is the motorist and wanted to get the drunk guy out of the way but he got hit in the face so his glasses fly.
He was lucky as when he falls he nearly fell with his head on that small steel fence pole.

Somewhere in Poland. At the end the old woman confronts the bald dude.

Bald dude: "He's crazy" (pointing to old man).
Bald dude: "He was hitting me" (again, points to old man)
Old Lady: "Who was hitting"
Bald dude: "Him" (points to old man).
Old Lady: "That's not true, you were beating him". Then looks at the young kids and says "It's not true, he was hitting him" (looks towards old man.

Old lady and bald dude say the same thing back and forth and old lady pulls out phone to call cops.
