Cop was likely used to being able to intimidate with uniform on, forgot he was not wearing it and the other guy treated him like anyone else. That said, the guy is a POS for hitting a downed man. Fukc him.

Right On!I respect law enforcement,but just experience a police misconduct incident involving myself.The only right they had was to ask me to produce a driver licence and instead approached in a threatening manner in front of my 4yr old son and then drummed up a false DUI charge to have my son apprehended.Yet no breathalizer was administered and they let me drive away.This will be a lawsuit in the courts very soon.There are good and bad people in all careers and some that are out there that take it too far.Right now this video makes me feel good and thats not a good feeling to feel towards the countless men and women that risk their lives so we can have a better one.My 4yr old tells me he does not like the police and has nightmares.

off duty cop is still a cop..... because of the rep they have i'll assume this was a revenge attack in which case it makes sense to do it when he's off duty, unarmed and without back-up..... trying to do it while he's on duty is pretty much suicide... liberty punching a knocked out dude is stupid though...especially on camera.. |
