FYI: Source is a pro-Ukrainian channel who infers that Russian police don't show up because they're all fighting in the war.  "A massive fight took place in Novosibirsk's cheapest Pyaterochka store. The sellers tried to detain the two Russians, but it all ended in a fight. Thieves stole food from the shelves because they had no money to pay. Russian policemen do not go to the call, because they are all on the SVO, Hoyda!"
