New York City Cab Driver Hits Woman in the Face Twice
A New York City cab driver hauling off and smashing a woman in the face twice. The woman is seen trying to get a coat from the driver, which seems to be hers. It is not known why he wouldn't give her the coat back, some speculate she didn't want to pay him and he was taking her coat as payback. |

Rikers pretty much no longer exists in NYC. They let all the criminals out in 2020 after the George Floyd riots because there were too many African Americans imprisoned there. Because you know “racial justice”. Bail reform laws pretty much legalized all crime in NYC minus murder. You can do whatever you want and be back out in the streets in an hour if arrested.
