I was referring to the person attacking the victim. That is who I would not want to live around. This video didn’t show it, but dogs can cause massive damage when they attack. As for your other comment, you can’t save everyone. My country is safe and sound, so I’m very happy about that. It’s the violent West (especially America) who has constant problems. |
