Man Punishes Mentally Challenged Guy
Mexico, Cell-phone video shows a driver of combi vehicle assaulting the other man who remains seated without being able to defend himself. Some comments indicate that the old man who receives the blows is allegedly accused of impersonating a person with a mental disability and taking advantage of his “condition”, he commits misdeeds such as paying with false bills, this being a way of frauding drivers, reason for which he is "punished". Other sources write that he indeed is mentally challenged and only wants to earn money by selling candy on the street. |

Seems excessive but some people are slow learners, at least violent dude appears to be using some discretion and not just going full ape on the guy and trying to kill him. Maybe he was seriously injured but that does not appear to be the intent for what that's worth.
