All I could make out was "Maten lo" (sp?) meaning in Spanish "kill him."

By their accent and complextion, the video might be from Dominican Republic. aparently the guy being lynched is part of a band of robbers that was caught during a robbery where a stray bullet killed a child. In his defense he's saying he didn't have a gun , the reporter tells him that there are witnesses that saw him fire the gun that killed the child, he says that he didn't fire any weapons and that's when the mob start going wild and lyches him and saying "matenlo!" "kill him"
