That dude needs a head CT right away. If he's not treated right away he could die, or worse... he could become a vegetable... or worse... he could become infinitely more irritable and impulsive. At the end of the day... The man who struck him did at many points during the video have reason to believe his life was in danger, except when he struck him. The antagonist was not a threat at that specific point... If it ever gets to the courts... It's going to be a gray area if he had a right to hit him or not... If I were a betting man, I'd bet a jury would find his actions justifiable... if it were black and white... The man fucked up when he hit him... at that specific moment in time, the idiot was not a threat to the man's life  Yeah He sure fuckin' did I hope he didn't suffer any permanent brain damage... that man needs every neuron he's got |
