Man in Cafe Carrying a Pistol Knocks Down Other Guy

Sounds like the police are getting pretty criticized for how they're handling the case. If one of the suspects does have ties to the police (maybe I'm reading that wrong, it is hard to decipher), I guess that could be why they aren't trying much.
