Shoplifter? In the USA, retailers have such a soft-line against anyone stealing items less than $800 these days that most don't even bother to prosecute anymore, which of course is responsible for a sickening trend of smash & grabbers (whom I consider violent offenders that should be brutally taken down) and people who casually and calmly walk into any major retailer, fill their knapsacks/backpacks with booty, then calmly walk out. I'd love to see them get some of this treatment we see in the video  |

Children hit and kick hardere when play fighting. This looks more like a rough up to teach a life lesson than anything.

This is a pretty old video, but it’s likely just a couple fighting. This happens ALL the time in China (usu. not this much beating though).

Did you miss the part where all the items fell out of her booty pouch? It was clearly someone beating her for stealing. I approve of corporeal punishment for this sort of thing, though he did seem a little too into it, but thieves deserve a few good smacks to make them remember.
