In Vladivostok, a man beat up a wheelchair user. It is unknown what caused the fight, the victim was taken to the hospital. The incident was captured by a surveillance camera in the courtyard of a building on Tungusskaya, 67. The footage shows the man throwing the disabled man to the ground and starting to beat him, not only with his hands, but with his own wheelchair and a bottle. The man was scared off by a girl who promised to call the police, and the victim was taken to the hospital. Primorye residents added that the Vladivostok resident became disabled after falling from a 15th-story building in 2020. News outlets found out from a source, that the attacker has a mental disorder, is being raised by his grandparents, and has been constantly getting into fights since school. |
