LITHONIA, GA Cellphone video of security officers punching a teenager Saturday at the Mall at Stonecrest surfaced on the internet.

A news reporter spoke with 3 teenage girls who were part of the group that was approached by mall security around 6 pm Saturday.

One teenager said the security officers told them they would have to leave the mall property because of the curfew. Because it was raining, the teens said they tried to go through one of the stores to meet a parent picking them up and they said that's when the guards became confrontational.

"They started cussing us out using the "F-word" and disrespecting our moms. They called our mothers "the B-word" and said they were our daddies," recalled one teenage witness.

One teenage witness what happened next on her cellphone. A subsequent report filed by DeKalb Police describes what the video shows saying one teenage boy "was being struck by one of the security officers with punches while the other two security officers assisted."

On the video you can hear several teenage girls crying.

"I watched two or three mall cops jumping him, pushing him into the bushes then blood gushing from his face," said another female teenager who was there.

Parent Lavorra Reid said she was on her way to pick up the kids when she got a phone call from her daughter about the incident.

"I was appalled and upset to know that my daughter and her friends were assaulted at the mall, in broad daylight when it was full of kids," said Reid.

In a written statement, management at the mall at Stonecrest said it is "currently working with DeKalb Police" and "The security officers have been suspended without pay and will no longer work on site at the shopping center".

The police report lists a charge of battery and lists the "offenders" as a 15-year-old, a 16-year-old and two adult security officers.

Of course the video is only of the security guys hitting the thugs, so that it seems like the kids are innocent. They absolutely deserved to get punched for what they did.

In all hosnesty, if a black mall cop is hitting on another black dude, its probably the black dude thats at fault
