Male Resident Slaps Woman Hard in the Face in Condominium
In a luxury condominium, in Mexico, after an argument over the momentary ban on the use of a gym which was undergoing maintenance, the resident and trader A. d. S. N. testified at the police station and gave his version of what happened. He claimed, among other things, that the woman, D. S. R. caused the episode of aggression. And even though the victim would not have released a supposed earlier part of the recording, where he would appear being pushed and cursed at by the woman. In his statements, the merchant claimed to be deeply sorry for the act. However, he said that the scene where the victim gets up from the ground after the assault (in which she appears to have difficulty standing) is more like a theatrical act. He said he was still being persecuted for a year by the manager, since he refused to sign notices of administrative penalties for the condominium. He reported that in the face of the verbal aggression suffered, and his honor having been tarnished in the presence of his personal trainer, with whom he trained when he was banned from using the gym, he ended up moved by strong emotion, slapping her with an open hand in the face. The merchant also clarified that he had to block his social networks after the aggression was published. The lawyer, who defends the interests of the condominium and woman, rebutted the merchant's version saying that the victim did not curse the resident nor assaulted him. Regarding the alleged non-disclosure of excerpts prior to the aggression, he stated that all recordings made by the camera were handed over to the police officers, responsible for investigating the case. The woman did not attack or curse anyone, did not touch him. She just said he couldn't be rude. The images speak for themselves. To say that the scene in which the liquidator has difficulty getting up from the floor is theatrical is, to say the least, cowardly he claimed. The Civil Police said that the investigation was completed and that the case was referred to the Special Criminal Court. In addition to the police investigation, in early September, the Criminal Court granted a request for the issuance of a protective measure in favor of the woman and another means of communication. In the decision, the magistrate also says that the aggressor cannot share or attend the same space as the victim in the place where they both live, such as elevators. According to the decision, when the merchant is out of the place where he lives, he must keep a minimum distance of 200 meters from the woman. |
