I might be misinterpreting the footage, but it looks very obviously that his right leg is shattered, but his other leg looked reasonable intact ..... until the point in time where he goes to crawl away and the car comes forward again and seems to catch the second limb between the steps/wall and the bumper bar ? Or do you interpret it KHound as being both legs shattered at once ?
