Vietnam. Bac Ly town. My daughter, a 12th grade student, and her classmate H. were riding home when 3 people on a motorbike (without helmets) blocked them, cursed at them and then approached them, causing them to lose control and fall to the side of the road. My daughter was severely impacted, resulting in multiple injuries to her head, face, and neck. She is currently in a state of shock and requires medical treatment. My family has reported the whole incident to the Bac Ly town police. However, up to this point, the people involved have not been clearly handled. |

Duc is the subject who intentionally caused injury with a hooligan nature, assaulting two female students in the middle of the street on the afternoon of June 20, 2025. Subject Chu Quang Duc, date of birth: December 30, 1997, residing at: Cam Hamlet, Luong Phong Commune, Hiep Hoa District, Bac Giang Province, was arrested while hiding in Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province.
