They had no right to ask her to get off the bus because she had pillows. Doesn't matter if she was covered from head to toe with pillows. It's public transportation. If she needs to transport pillows it's her right. She was right to refuse to get off. Maybe he should of just asked her to go sit in the back of the bus.
