Looks like he was kicked in the back of the head and it looks like a tooth may have flew out of his mouth and landed near his hand. No kick to the mouth though. |

nahhh..should he have helped the guy to his feet instead and then wait around to see if he's full of shit or actually carrying?? You can't tell someone you're going to "shoot them" and then be surprised that they want to leave you completely unconcious or dead...the kick to the head was just being thorough. |
