I think what he meant by "****** stole my shoes" is: "My mom cannot afford such shoes, and I cannot afford to by them working for 5.50/hr after my weed habit budget". So he seen some shoes, and "******" wanted some shoes. I assume that is his name and he is speaking in 3rd person?..
