manslaughter at best. law wasn't your subject was it. no premeditation of murder and it was a one on one fist to fist (head) fight. people shouldn't spout off at bars unless they think its out of the realm of possibilities another drinking person will hit them. I don't start yelling bout at people at bars, thus I'm not KO'd, cause and a effect.

I agree. If a fight is to determine who is the harder of the 2 fighters then such a move has no legitimacy. For self defence its the best way, but in this situation I found it to be childish tantrum like behavior from the big guy. Anyone can knock out their opponent with a headbutt ; it's just a question of who is the most egotistical, selfish cunt. To those who believe fighting dirty is the only way, how far should it go ? Can I sneak into someones house at night and execute them because they started trouble with me in a bar a few weeks earlier? Because if dirty fighting is allowed then why stop at headbutts?
