Phillipines, A man wearing a black long sleeve confronted the vendor for allegedly giving him not enough change. The guy suddenly punches and beats the disabled vendor due to the incident.

The culprit identified as Jerry Leal and the victim faced each ot6her at the barangay hall. Leal offered P7,000 cash for resettlement and urged the victim’s family to withdraw the case.

This is my cousin PWD. Jerry leal confronted him because he said that my cousin did not give him enough change and he did nothing but suddenly punched and kicked him until he lost consciousness .. They confronted brgy knina but the suspect allegedly gave him 7k for treatment. of my cousin and to withdraw the case as well .. if the money is not accepted and the case is continued, it will be difficult for them to file because it is said to be a long process and very busy and costly because they still need a lawyer…. Please help me to give enough punishment to the one who did that to my cousin .. Please help me to get to tulfo ..
