A village secretary was leading an official administrative meeting inside the government building. The Village Head and his assistant were both present alongside a group of local villagers.

A minor discussionregarding an administrative matter (a disagreement regarding internal village governance, task delegation, or local administrative workflow) suddenly escalated into a fierce verbal argument between the two men.

Supporters from both factions intervened. The situation rapidly spun out of control, shifting from verbal abuse to physical violence. People began attacking each other with fists, wooden sticks, and chairs from the office.

Realizing his life was in immediate danger amid the chaos, the Village Head fled into the main hall and locked himself inside an adjacent room to escape the mob.

The clash left 3 people injured, incl. the son of the village head. The local police have registered a First Information Report against the assistant and 5 other named individuals.
