Illegal Russian Uber Driver in the U.S Knocks Down Biotech Ceo
Charleston. A biotech CEO was violently attacked by an Uber driver in Charleston & is now suing the company. Bryan Kobel, 45, alleges he was assaulted by Uliumdzhiev Vadim Nikolaevich, 42—a russian national living in the U.S. illegally, using a fake license. Surveillance shows the driver grabbing Kobel by the throat & punching him, knocking down both Kobel & his service dog. Kobel suffered a concussion & needed 7 staples to close a head wound. |
