Brazil, A 44-year-old man was the victim of a brutal robbery around midnight. Video shows the victim being kicked several times in the head. The robber takes his telephone, watch, and the lunch he was carrying.

Civil Police started to investigate the case. Through the images, they found out the name of the assailant, a 24-year-old man who committed several robberies in the past. In view of the result of the proceedings, the Civil Police asked the Court for the suspect detention, in addition to searches of his residence, which were authorized.

The clothing used in the robbery has been found. The thief confessed to the attack, but denied that he had stole the objects.

The Military Police participated in the arrest, in support of the civil police, which took place last Monday morning.

The police inquiry was forwarded to the Public Ministry. If convicted, the penalty can be up to ten years in prison.
