I takes one to know one. Cops are not suppose to be "fierce."Cops are suppose to be just. The big difference between cops in the west as oppose to the east, is that for one, cops in the west deal with a lot more bullshit, but that keeps them from abusing their power. Cops in Africa and in the Middle East are a bunch of dudes who pretty much do what they want with little consequence or until some else fucks them up.

But back to the video: cops in the US would have ended this in about 15 secs. Different way of doing things. Then again, it is all relative to what type of shit you have to deal with.

Looks to me like the driver and cop pushed the guy in the jacket out of the vehicle, maybe the driver had asked the police to get the guy out. Also arrests are totally different in Kenya, the police station is just a concrete building with a few cells in it, and you stay there until you can buy your way out. Therefore most of the time all the police do is stop stuff the old fashioned way, if there is a fight they break it up and send people away from each other.

In the United States, the cop would have had that guys ass on the ground and in cuffs immediately. This was too funny to watch.
