Security cameras recorded the moment when a subject was attacking women passing by on the street with a syringe, in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas.

Once the attacks happened, the second woman's relative beat up the guy who was dangerously harassing each of the women who passed by him.

However, the man was not arrested and it is unknown if the syringe he used for the reprehensible act was contaminated.
