Was his attack on some random female or was it just his dumb bitch gf that's probably been beaten down by him many times before and is just too stupid to leave him? Personally he deserves a good beating either way but I do tend to have much more sympathy for innocent victims rather than professional victims, ie girlfriends who stay with batterer husbands/boyfriends.

Somehow I find hard to believe that woman was all innocent... if you notice she was standing at the side close to the wall when the guy leaves, the camera misses a second and all of a sudden she is standing in front of him a few steps away from where she was. There is no way she was walking out of her way in front of him out of innocence.
