I use download helper which is an add on for firefox. I am a chrome user but i find this add on the best, it detects the video then you select to download it. The video then needs to be uploaded in one of the formats allowed on DR:
avi doc docx flv gif jpeg jpg m3u mov mp3 mp4 mpeg pdf png swf wav wmv xls xlsx
I usually upload as an flv file and use this to convert it as i find it the best http://www.any-video-converter.com/p...or_video_free/
