The suspect was identified as Carlos Samuel Freitas Costa Filho. According to information provided by the head delegate of the Specialized Police Station for Women (Deam), Márcia Rezende, he is wanted by police. According to police, there is still no information on the date of the crime, which took place in the Nelson Costa neighborhood, south of Ilhéus. The victim did not file a police report. There are no details about her relationship with the author. The delegate informed that Carlos Samuel has eight other records at the police, due to aggression against women. Has a history of assaulting women, only a matter of time before he kills one. In these cases prison sentences should be severe. |
