I get the feeling this isn't the first time you've had this explained to you, but still use it as a conversation point- either way, I'll humor you. From what I'm told at least, is that the adaptation of the n word by black folks is their way of lessening the blow of american history. From it being used as a symbol of oppression and ignorance for literal hundreds of years, they now use it in defiance? Either way, man. I dont see why theres such an issue with it. Dont say it, let them say it, case closed.  |
