It's an old video, dating of september 2018. The victim is a polish homeless guy, who survived. He actually walked out of the hospital the next day without pressing charges. The story is a bit unclear. There was a brawl between a large group of homeless men, and according to the french media the vibrant gentlemen in the video seized the opportunity to "make the buzz". So they were just having a bit of innocent fun to relieve the stress of systemic racism.

"After a video posted on social media showing the violent assault of a man, the Nice police launched an investigation. The victim, a 40-year-old homeless man, and two of the protagonists of the brawl that dates back to September 4 have been identified. They are wanted.

A man with a bloodied face lying on the ground. Another who kicks him as a group films the scene laughs and urges him to do more. After a video showing a violent assault in what appears to be old Nice, was posted on social media, police launched an investigation.

In the footage, shot at night, visibly near the courthouse, a group of men can be heard claiming to be "Nice 06000" encouraging one of them to "screw" another on the ground. The recording ends with a close-up of the bloody and unconscious victim's face. Several protagonists have since been identified. The victim is a 40-year-old homeless Polish man. "Two of the people kicking or appearing on the video" were also identified, in particular thanks to calls received by the investigators, and are wanted by the departmental security, told AFP Patrick Mairesse, the departmental director of the public security in the Alpes-Maritimes.

The victim is also wanted to give his version of the facts.

The case dates back to September 4, more than three weeks before the video was broadcast on social networks.

According to France Bleu, the police had reported that evening of a fight between homeless people. It was during this first brawl that the man was reportedly injured. He was taken to hospital and left the next day without filing a complaint. The role of the group which would have filmed the video, however, remains unclear. "The investigators believe that the band wanted to take advantage of the assault to create a buzz", explains the radio.

This week, far-right local elected officials relayed these images on social networks by questioning the Nice police."

Clearly had a preexisting condition that made him die.
And who knows what went on before this? He could have been a rapist, he could have been a child abuser, he could have been a domestic violence abuser. He could have had some DUIs.

We don’t know who this guy is or what he did to force someone to allegedly beat/kick him to alleged injury or death.

How do y’all keep that shit up? It’s tiring coming up with bullshit to explain away why it’s perfectly acceptable for certain people to die by violence inflicted by certain others.
Would be better to just say, Wow. That is fucked up and whoever is involved, needs to get arrested and have to answer to the crimes they committed.

A clear cut case of alleged, would of, could of, should of and might of, almost did. But not enough of he did, to make an arrest.
